Light-mantled Sooty Albatross
Phoebetria palpebrata

 

First reported on 9 January 2009 where it came ashore at Boggomsbay Beach in Mossel Bay in a very weakend state. It was then transported to to a Rehabilitation Centre where it subsequently succumbed.
